Refund Policy
We want all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. We
offer a no-hassle 15 day return policy on all of our products. You
may return any product for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping and credit card transaction fee
is not refundable) provided that it is returned in original, new,
re-sellable condition. If you are not satisfied with an item you receive,
simply email us at returns@nurtureminds.com
within 15 days of receipt and ask for a return authorization number.
Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number.
Payment refunds are made within 5-7 business days after the receipt
of the returned product(s). International shipments are not refundable.
Notice:
Due to supplier difficulties we are now providing Abacus with black beads and reset button. We are continuing our efforts to obtain white bead Abacus and will continue as soon as our suppliers provide us once again.
