Refund Policy
We want all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. We offer a no-hassle 15 day return policy on all of our products. You may return any product for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping and credit card transaction fee is not refundable) provided that it is returned in original, new, re-sellable condition. If you are not satisfied with an item you receive, simply email us at info@nurtureminds.com within 15 days of receipt and ask for a return authorization number. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number. Payment refunds are made within 5-7 business days after the receipt of the returned product(s). International shipments are not refundable.
